The Royal Mail (the equivalent to the USPS) has just become serious about Identity Fraud – we know because they showed us. In an out-of-character, hard-hitting commercial called ‘Heist’ they convincingly convey the message that this is something not to be taken lightly. If you are just sitting down to Corrie with a cuppa and a digestive* and this comes on, you are going to stop and watch. No cute kids opening parcels and whistling postmen here – all drama, and fear.
