I came across this quote from Tim Ferris on my favorite quote source and it made me smile. Sometimes we all get caught up in ideas (me especially) but there is so much more to what we do than that. It’s about the passion, the execution, the thoughtfulness, the commitment, the emotional involvement, the attention to detail – It’s about all these things and more. Ideas are great, Ideas that work are magnificent – and it’s the work that makes the difference.

Ideas are better when shared. Work is better when it’s done.
