The Super Bowl just got really interesting for those people like me who are all about doing something clever, and seeing if it works. Volvo aren’t among the endless car ads this year – but they want your attention. Volvo are giving viewers a chance to win a new Volvo during the other car commercials – using the hashtag #VolvoContest  and then adding the person’s name that you would like to win a new Volvo and explaining (in the characters you have left) why that person should win a car.

I love this, so clever – I can’t wait to see what happens. Maybe I’ll even enter myself.

Unadvertising may be the way to go this year.
