Recently I asked a client who their brand wasn’t aimed at, who they DIDN’T want in their store… They looked at me strangely, fighting the instinct to say “I want everyone” – and then answered. It can take some of the pressure off when you know who your product isn’t

I’m a lego fan. It is, and has been for 84 years, one of the most creative objects around. I actually grin when I see people using it in clever ways. This video made me very happy this morning and so, of course, I had to share it with you.
