I really want to swing by one morning and get a hold of one of those delicious looking Sausage Croissants. Aftewards Id bring the kids back later for sweetcremes.
If I won, since I don’t live in Lafayette, I’d probably give my card to my wonderful daughter Elise Fournet or at least take her to The Lab when I visit.

Have tried almost all the cold creams but am curious now about the Black Jack flavor today & had two of the craft choc bars so far & in the pastry section bacon or goat cheese/cherry calls to me — but the coffee of course is my top fav & try it all with my KeepCups in hand most days (love Thomas talking about coffee-you just know it’s a passion?!) I am desperate to try the Watermelon Mint Cold Sweet Cream. I live in England and have never been to Lafayette before. I’m coming over to Louisiana for my 30th birthday this October and I’m so very excited to visit The Lab! I wish we had ice cream places that creative here. None in my area that’s for sure!
I love to get a latte made with almond milk and sweetened with honey!!! It’s the only coffee shop in town where I can get a “Primal” latte
Do I really have to name one thing? Because I want ALL the things. The Bourbon Cold Cream is amazing. I’d like to try it affogato.
I am excited to see that Lafayette has such an awesome coffee shop. I went to a place in Seattle this summer that did slow brew with the glass tubes. Wow! We can get that here? Low acid, great coffee AND cold creams made fresh daily from fresh ingredients. This place is much more than a coffee shop. It is the place I will go to relax and enjoy.
Iced mocha latte is my favorite but cant wait to try something new!

My favorite “ice cream” is 4 Berries and my favorite drink (so far) is a Caramel Soy Latte!!! Both are sooo delicious!
