I came across this Charles Eames quote and it made me almost dance with joy. 

“The details are details. They make the product. The connections, the connections, the connections. It will in the end be these details that give the product its life.“

The connections are what matter. The details that will make the end user smile, make the customer feel special, and become expected of the brand.
