As I was researching my “calendars for 2015” post (coming tomorrow) I came across the perfect calendar. It has won many design awards. Unfortunately I can’t have it, and neither can you.

The Tea Calendar from Häelssen & Lyon was made from tea leaves. Each day could be detached and brewed with hot water. The Tea Calendar was produced as a limited special edition. It was laboriously handcrafted and is not for sale. They are apparently working on it – so who knows, maybe next year? maybe some day.

Just because I can’t (yet) get a hold of this beauty, doesn’t mean we can’t all enjoy how clever the idea is.
