This may be a first – an entire supermarket made from ice. No more looking for the frozen section. In downtown Bucharest, and part of the Romanian supermarket chain Profi Romania’s – the “pop up” shop is kept at below five-degrees Celsius (you wouldn’t want your shelves to melt would you). We are used to ice bars, now we have supermarkets – what about an ice cream shop, an iced coffee house ?

I should end now, before I start on all the puns I am thinking of… I’m sparing you today, so you can save those icy glares.
