Last week I wrote about Mickey Shunick, a 22 year old girl missing from Lafayette, LA – she is still missing. Mickey has become all of our daughters, all of our friends, and a representation of the love that this community has for each other. The local effort has been amazing and she has been world news. We sometimes don’t do much because we think our little effort won’t make the difference, it does. Every person that puts up a flyer (no matter where you are the world) could be the person to help Mickey come home. I have decided that Mickey’s information will stay in my sidebar until she is found. The link will go to the facebook page run by the family where you can show support and donate and help them know that people out there are with them in this time.
Read my first post about Mickey here – Let’s bring Mickey home.
