Shake it like a polaroid picture….

I have in my possession something wonderful – A polaroid land camera AND film. That means I have ten shots to play with – so what should I do? My first ideas are to document a day in my life, or take photos of things that smile, or………………….? I’m sure I have the most creative readers on the internet so what do you think I should do with my ten precious prints? Let’s get clever. Leave your answers below (on the blog) so we have them all in one place, rather than spread across social media, I think I can come up with a small prize for the person with the best answer (as well as doing their suggestion… )

March 8, 2012 at 6:47 amI think you should document your house and office, the things you have shown us so far are pretty cool and I’d love to see more.

March 8, 2012 at 6:50 amFrom far away, take a picture of a friend standing close to a distant azalea bush and have them awkwardly touch the bush and smile (circa 1959). You could also take a picture of a gathering of friends who are made to appear nervous and self-conscious about this new fangled gadget.

March 8, 2012 at 7:01 amOr, since today is Woman’s Day, take pictures of anything yellow that you see during the day, since yellow mimosas are the symbol for this occasion.

March 8, 2012 at 8:27 amTake pictures of things you want to remember just the way they are. Everything changes, so capture a fleeting moment. Maybe the sunset (from a high point in the city) and things like that.

March 9, 2012 at 8:58 amI think you should just head out with the camera and no plan and see what you see. You’ll come up with something clever

March 11, 2012 at 2:49 pmI put all the comments in a hat – and Silvia’s name came out (no surprise there as she had commented 3 times) – I have wasted half the film working out how it all works, so I will save the others to take a photo of something yellow (and if they come out I’ll give her one of the prints) – hoping to get more film soon so I can really play with these ideas.
thank you all.
