This weekend I was struck by the simplicity (and humor) in the Duluth Trading ads – the “Comfy like a fuzzy bunny, Grippy like a big bad boar” line got me thinking. How perfect for their target market -The working man. The man who cares about how something fits and feels (in a practical way), not how it looks. Duluth have hit the nail on the head (while wearing the best possible pants to do that). From the voice over to the simple graphics – this says ‘we understand our customers’.

On their website they have all their ads together – bet you can’t watch just one!

Rule number one: Know thy target market.
