I just got back from 10 days in England and I am shocked to say that I watched the safety video on every flight – and I laughed, and could hear others laughing too. The lesson? If you need people to watch something, don’t tell them it’s important – make it interesting. Make it funny or clever. Show you care enough to put some thought into it. People will watch… they may even write about it on a blog. Thanks Delta.
