Yesterday I was doing some research and came across a surprising number of splash pages – of course I clicked off each one as soon as possible. It made me hunt out this quote.
This isn’t just about splash pages, it’s about anything that delays your customer, that frustrates them, that stands between them and what they want. Putting them first means simply putting them first. They matter. Show them.
