For some reason, it seems to have become ok to poke fun at client requests, to criticize their taste, their expectations, or their feedback.

To me what I do is about my clients and this quote reminds me of that. Clients are full of surprises – that’s what pushes your creativity.

Making them happy is your job, making work you are happy with is the wonderful challenge in it all.
