Your brand is not your logo. Your brand is the experience it provides, and the promise of that. Your logo comes to represent that promise in the mind of your customers. You can have the coolest, most beautiful graphics but if you don’t return phone calls they come to represent that. You can win awards for design, but if your staff are lazy, uncaring or simply just doing their job your logo represents that. You are creating your brand every day, every action and interaction.
A brand is a promise of an experience – good or bad or simply meh.
